The snow had fallen and temperatures as low as -6 degrees were not going to dampen the hopes of either the team or the many spectators that had braved conditions to watch this epic competition.
With competitors for the first time in all events the Brit's had a maximum potential of 37 medals and although not full teams in some disciplines the haul of 15 medals was mighty!
