The team were lucky to be invited first to the famous SkyRiders Gym, run by our old friend Dave Ross. Members of both the Canadian and the GB teams enjoyed mixing and training together twice a day on the Canadians "string" beds. Bungee "challenge" became the fun part of the training sessions, with some amazing tricks from both sides.
With trips to Niagara Falls and the Edmonton Mall amongst some visits, there has been plenty of time to relax and enjoy the sights.
