New Lockdown Statement

Dear all,
Following the government announcement on the English national lockdown, we are currently expecting to be closed from Thursday 5th November till Wednesday 2nd December. However, British Gymnastics have stated they are in negotiations with HM Gov to allow some elements of gymnastics to continue. We will make our final decision by Wednesday early PM.
As things stand, we are currently open, however this is obviously very subject to change. As soon as we receive news, you will be updated accordingly.
We understand that this is a very difficult time of most people, especially our gymnasts. We want to let our members know, we are always here for them. Jumpers is more than a club, it’s a family.

Club Fee Payment Options
Like every business facing closures, we still have overheads to pay even if we do have to close. Whilst we are being supported by the government in some ways, it does not totally cover these costs. As a non-profit organisation, we rely on session fees, courses, conference hire and events to break even. At present, with only session fees as our general income, times have been very difficult.
We recognise and appreciate the generosity of our members during Lockdown 1 (LD1), this is undoubtedly the reason we face Lockdown 2 (LD2) with added confidence in the survival of the gym. We have 3 options for the management of fees during LD2, (see below).

**please email James Ferrari (jamesf@trampoline.co.uk) with your chosen option**

1) Pay As Normal
Where families are in a position to continue to support GJTC by paying session fee’s, we will be extremely grateful & all places in classes/groups will be held until we reopen after LD2. We still hadn’t reached a breakeven point for our session fees since the last lockdown, so for those of you that are happy to donate your session fees, we would be extremely grateful and thankful.
If you decide this option, that means you are choosing to donate the amount for the coming month to our club, this will be used towards our overhead costs. This will be a massive help to us and is non-refundable in the future.
Should Lockdown be extended, you have the option to choose Option 2.

2) Credit / Suspend My Fees
If you would like to continue to pay your session fees but would like them credited, this is possible. The monies for November have already automatically taken through LoveAdmin, so this can be kept in credit for you if you wish.
You may also suspend your fees, this is where we will stop the regular payment option through LoveAdmin, but will credit you for the month which has already automatically been taken out. Please do not remove your bank details from LoveAdmin, we will simply not request payment for that month if you choose to suspend your fees.
When emailing James Ferrari, please state whether you’d like to credit or suspend your fees.

3) Refund
Any requested refunds will be processed upon the reopening of the centre after LD2.

Members MUST email jamesf@trampoline.co.uk the option they would like to take. If an email is not returned, we will be under the assumption you want to gift your session fees for November.
Our main communication system will be through LoveAdmin via email. So if you haven’t already, please ensure you have signed up to LoveAdmin here

Thank you & stay safe,
Jumpers.
