Jumpers are proud to announce the selection of four gymnasts who have been selected to represent Great Britain at the Senior World or World Age Group Championships 2019 in Tokyo, Japan.

Our first selection was Holly Keeping in the 11-12 Female DMT Category. This is Holly’s first ever representation at the World Age Group Championships, after representing Great Britain at the Scalabis Cup earlier this year where she was awarded the bronze medal. We look forward to seeing Holly is action later this year on the World stage.

Next up was Rhys Gray in the Senior Men’s DMT. After an extremely successful Worlds last year, Rhys will be looking to replicate or better his performance. This will be Rhys’ fourth Senior World Championships, after taking a break while studying at University. He has been putting in maximum effort in his training and we are looking forward to seeing it later this year.

Louise Brownsey and Peter Buravytskiy were both selected for the 17-21 Male & Female Categories at the World Age Group Championships 2019.

Peter has now started a new chapter in his life by beginning university. Peter will be training with Paul Greaves at Sheffield Performance Trampoline & Gymnastics Club. We wish him the best of luck moving forward and at the WAGC!

Louise Brownsey will be looking for gold once again after last years tremendous performance which awarded her the gold medal and becoming 17-21 World Age Champion. After a number of spectacular performances this year, stepping up to the senior level. Louise has gained masses of experience and will be looking to use this experience to her advantage at the championships.

Taking place from 28th November to 1st December in Tokyo, Japan, for our senior trampoline gymnasts, it provides another opportunity to qualify an Olympic place for the Olympic Games, taking place in the same city next year.

Also taking place in Tokyo, 5th-8th December, will be the 2019 Trampoline, Tumbling and DMT World Age Group Championships, with some of our most promising junior British gymnasts heading to Japan aiming to impress.
